A Chinese boy is in a relationship with an Iranian girl. Because both countries are culturally rich, such a relationship makes sense. Yeganeh is eager to discuss her interracial relationship with Jeff. ' We want to be an inspiration to others', Yeganeh said. A brief conversation with Yeganeh reveals a lovely story. How did it all got started? And what is the story behind their podcast?

'It started with a TikTok'

Not Yeganeh and Jeff's relationship. We will now talk about the background of the podcast. This is a brand-new podcast. Yeganeh, also known as LittleYeg on TikTok, frequently posts TikToks about her interracial relationship. For example, a TikTok video of hers went viral in which she demonstrated Jeff (Yeganeh's boyfriend) and herself communicating in each other's native languages. Despite their differences, Yeganeh believes they can understand and communicate with one another. It's important for Yeganeh and Jeff to show everyone how much they can love each other despite their different backgrounds.

Several questions arose as a result of the responses. ' How do you communicate with each other?'  Simply put, Yeganeh says she spends a lot of time with Jeff. They will then cook traditional Chinese and Iranian dishes together to learn about each other's cultures. Respect, interest, and love for each other's cultures are indeed extremely important. It's a must-do.

The podcast Ni Hao Salam focuses on the differences between the two cultures. In this, Yeganeh and Jeff opine about their respective goals. Yeganeh is open about her relationship with Jeff and can tell you a lot about it in the podcast. ' It could be a goal to inspire others,' Yeganeh speculated. You can listen to the podcast through Patreon, which costs €4.50 per month.

Okay, but how did these two fall in love? By a gathering? Is it somewhere in the club? Maybe in the library while studying, similar to what you see in the movies. It was certainly different. Yeganeh used to be a stand-up comedian before COVID-19 hit the world and turned millions of people's lives upside down. Adi, a videographer who worked at one of the clubs Yeganeh used to perform at, invited her to meet up. They did so with the help of a mutual friend named Farooq. Yeganeh met Adi's roommate there. ' I fell in love with him right away', Yeganeh explained. She couldn't stop thinking about Adi's handsome roommate, Jeff Tan.

She even came to believe she had found her soulmate; she couldn't be wrong. She asked Adi for another dinner in his room just to see Jeff one more time. As a result, they agreed to have dinner in Adi's room. It worked, and Yeganeh saw Jeff once again. She tried to give signs, but Yeganeh was quickly rejected indirectly. That evening, she decided to send Jeff a message via Instagram DM, but she was unsuccessful. Jeff was going through a recent breakup at the time, so jumping into another relationship wasn't ideal for him. He needed solitude time, so he rejected Yeganeh indirectly.

But still a spark arose…

A year later, everyone was alone at home, contemplating what to do during the first lockdown. Because COVID-19 had only recently arrived, everyone was quarantined at home. During this time, Jeff began to pay more attention to Yeganeh's social media. ' Her activism and creativity drew my attention', Jeff said. Jeff developed an interest in Yeganeh as a result of this. ' I think she knew I checked her social media because she asked me out on a date a year later'.

Yes, these two have been in a relationship since then, and they are incredibly happy. They now live in New York City together and have two adorable cats. Stormi and Pusheen are their names.

'Every day, we get to know each other better because this relationship has changed our lives', Jeff says. Nonetheless, when they are together, they feel 'at home.' It's as if all of the puzzle pieces have fallen into place, resulting in a beautiful and healthy relationship. 'We run a fashion brand called FNALI together, which gave us the opportunity to create a union with design', Yeganeh explained.

Yeganeh is very active on TikTok, so follow her to keep up with the podcast and FNALI, among other things. Her content consists primarily of cultural topics that she discusses with Jeff. Follow Yeganeh and Jeff on Instagram, and don't forget to follow Yeganeh on TikTok.
